I have always had an interest in fitness and sports, then found my niche in boxing. For me, boxing was a way to relieve stress, achieve a total body workout, and have fun. In order to reach my goals and move to the next level, I had to add strength training. From there, I began creating total body strength workouts. Through my fitness journey I discovered that I enjoyed helping others learn to box and strength train and to improve their overall health and fitness levels. I enjoy making creative workouts combining calisthenics, boxing, and strength training that are engaging as well as catered towards your physical abilities, needs, and goals.
