EMPOWER classes are designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Even where classes are labeled "High-Intensity" or "Intermediate-Advanced", instructors take special care to demonstrate modifications to make sure all members can participate at an appropriate, safe and comfortable level. Our goal is to make you feel EMPOWERED! Try something new today!

MAT
WATER BOTTLE
KETTLEBELL
ABS EXPRESS - 15 minutes
An exercise program designed for all fitness levels. Exercise bands and your own bodyweight as resistance will be used to tone and strengthen the major muscle groups of the body, the end result being a firm, well defined body.
AXIS
Axis puts the focus on your foundation - the core. Axis creates stability from the axis, or the middle of your body, the basis of all movement, then layers on mobility, strength and power. This class focuses on stability, cardio, mobility and strength.
BARRE FLOW
Barre Flow combines aspects of yoga, pilates, barre fitness and classic strength training for a total body workout. Each Barreflow class incorporates elements of strength, endurance, flexibility and mindfulness and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
BODY SCULPT
An exercise program designed for all fitness levels. Exercise bands and your own bodyweight as resistance will be used to tone and strengthen the major muscle groups of the body, the end result being a firm, well defined body.
BOOTCAMP
No guts, no glory in this military inspired total body workout! Get drilled in strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns while your trainer and fellow bootcampers motivate and challenge you along the way.
CARDIO SCULPT
A fast-paced combination of cardio drills alternating with short sets of muscle toning and strengthening exercises. Work at your own level – high or low impact – but be prepared to condition your entire body!
CARDIO/WEIGHT INTERVAL
A total body workout focusing on core, cardio, and strength training. Rotate through a series of exercises using free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands or your own bodyweight to burn fat and build strength, while targeting every muscle
group in your body.
HIIT / INTERVALS
This class utilizes a variety of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) formats, including Tabata, Turbulence, and Power Intervals. The goal is to perform sets of cardio and body weight exercises at high intensity levels for short burts of time, followed by intervals of recovery. Modifications shown for all levels.
Hi/Low AEROBICS
Choreographed patterns of both high and low impact aerobics will give you the ultimate calorie burning workout. Energetic music and movement will challenge and motivate you.
KETTLEBELL
Kettlebells promote strength, cardio, flexibility, and mobility all at the same time with a special emphasis on core strength. This class will teach you proper techniques for common Kettlebell movements while keeping you engaged and challenged.

PILATES MAT
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. This class will specifically focus on the Pilates mat
work and will be taught on a mat.
PILATES/YOGA FUSION
The Pilates/Yoga Fusion - A combination of Pilates and Yoga movement/exercises fused together to form a complete mind/body workout. This class will increase your flexibility, posture, balance and core strength. All levels are welcome.
TABATA BOOTCAMP* (Pre-Registration Required)
Tabata Bootcamp™ is a revolutionary new program that is changing the way we think about fitness. This 8 week small group program combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises, with sound nutritional guidance and the latest research in behavior science. The program includes metabolic tracking and 24/7 web support, to track your progress and interact with your trainer and fellow bootcampers. Tabata Bootcamp is designed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness - and weight loss for those looking to lose weight.
*Tabata Bootcamp is a pre-paid, 8 week program. You must register with the instructor in advance. No Drop ins.

TABATA EXPRESS
Tabata is a high-intensity, interval based class that will increase your athletic performance, boost VO2Max, & decrease body fat. A single interval consists of 8 rounds of (20) seconds of high intensity training followed by (10) seconds of rest. A varierty of exercises will be used and modified to accommodate all
fitness levels.
TAI CHI (Tai Ji)
Traced back to an ancient Chinese ritual, Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion and improving strength in the lower body.
TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT
This athletic class combines cardiovascular exercise, resistance and core strength exercises in a circuit. You will rotate through a series of stations for a total body workout.
YOD
"YOD" is intentional exercise designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. "YOD" starts with a power yoga warm up, then moves to strength integration exercises, flowing into
HIIT, with a stretching cool down.
YOGA
An intermediate level yoga class that will invigorate your body and reduce stress. You will experience traditional yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques which will improve your flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellness.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a hip swinging, booty shaking fun way to get a great workout! This class incorporates merengue, salsa, cha cha, cumbia, calypso, and rock & roll, which will work your body and move your spirit. Dance your way to a fitter you! No previous dance experience is required, all levels are welcome.
