This group was created for ANYONE interested in strengthening all those muscles in your upper body and who want to start knocking out push-ups like a BOSS! Whether a beginner (even if you can only do push-ups from your knees!) or an expert, this 30-Day Challenge will help you build the upper body strength you need to execute maximum consecutive push-ups... perhaps all the way up to 100!

What to do once the Challenge is complete:
Once you complete your 30-Day Empower Challenge, you will not need to repeat the last day's work over and over again in order to maintain your core strength. Instead, choose a day 1/2 way through the challenge (day 14) and perform those moves once every two to three days! That's it!
